RJC Dance in partnership with Leeds Playhouse Youth Theatre Sharing

RJC Dance and Leeds Playhouse Youth Theatre members participated in an End of Term sharing in the Bramhall Rock Void at the Leeds Playhouse.

11 young people from RJC Dance Youth Provision took to the stage in front of a sold-out audience to perform their piece ‘Seeking Sanctuary’. They fused movement, drama and music to tell the story of Windrush, exploring themes of moving to a new place, experiencing new cultures and forming strong friendships.

They blew us away with their energy, enthusiasm and professionalism; we are so proud of them!

RJC Dance Youth Theatre, in partnership with Leeds Playhouse, takes place every Friday 4:30pm – 6pm at the Mandela Centre for 9-12year olds.
