RJC Dance & Mango Arts ‘AZUL’ wins Best on Stage and Best Overall Troupe at Leeds West Indian Carnival 2024

Our experience at Leeds West Indian Carnival 2024 was incredible. Coming off the back of our successful 30th anniversary celebrations in 2023 we had momentum and excitement in abundance, ready to take our 100+ strong troupe to the road for another year!

RJC Dance & Mango Arts AZUL Leeds West Indian Carnival Troupe 2024 took Leeds by storm, sharing the beauty of the oceans and the importance of preserving our planet. We loved celebrating with you all and seeing members of our community and beyond share in the joy and pride of Carnival.

From the music to the costumes and the dancing - it was vibes!

We could not be more proud of the entire RJC Dance community for their participation in AZUL. To all our Youth Provision members, Adult Community Class members, volunteers, staff, creative production team and the fantastic spectators, we sincerely thank you for your support. We are honoured and thrilled to have won Best on Stage and Best Troupe Overall 2024.
