RJC Dance Herd Farm Residential 2017

Young people from RJC Dance Youth Provision age 9 years – 19 years will be attending Herd Farm residential from Monday 14 August to Wednesday 16 August 2017.
Participation in Herd Farm residential enhances social & personal development of the young people; challenges anti-social behaviour in a positive environment and provides the opportunity for new transferable skills to be learned and challenging activities to be experienced.

Herd Farm Activity Centre is a Grade ll listed building set in the idyllic surroundings of the Yorkshire countryside. The centre provides excellent facilities & activities for learning, growing, developing confidence & self-esteem. There is an extensive range of outdoor activities from high ropes to archery that motivate, inspire and develop young people.

As the majority of our young people have not experienced living & learning in a ‘rural environment' this project enables RJC Dance to fulfil its ambition of providing young people with ‘life changing’ experiences.
